With 20+ years of international career, Ona Serra is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in finance transformation and international financial management. Currently serving as a Finance Transformation Consultant at Adevinta since November 2020, Ona leads key workstreams for consolidation, reporting, and the implementation of OneStream across the Group. 

Previously, she worked as International Senior Financial Controller at Natura Bissé, where her responsibilities included managing financial reporting, budgeting, and human resources compliance with UAE labor laws. Prior to that, she served as International Financial Controller Manager at Miguel Torres, S.A., where Ona led SAP BPC implementation, and prior to that she was a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, Spain, focusing on external and internal audits across a large portfolio of clients in the Barcelona area. 

Ona holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and an MBA from ESADE Business School and joined an exchange program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and training in effective communications from Dale Carnegie.
